Delivery & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and if we have made a mistake, we will make it right through either refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not accept returns for a refund.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
Please don't return your item to the manufacturer. If there is an issue please contact us and we will arrange an exchange if applicable.
We only offer refunds on a case by case basis, but most situations will be resolved with a replacement. If you receive your item and realize that it is incorrect or damaged then please contact us directly with images as a evidence and we can either exchange or discuss the possibility of a refund.
We can only cancel or modify orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.
