Delivery, Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and if we have made a mistake, we will make it right through either refund or replacement, depending on the situation. Please read the information below and in our FAQ section for more information.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  We do not accept returns for a refund.

 

Replacements

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.

If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it.  You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please don't return your item to the manufacturer as we don't accept returns. If there is an issue please contact us and we will arrange an exchange if applicable. This policy refers only to the sneakers and casual shoes. Excnhages aren’t made for the wallet phone cases.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange. This policy refers only to the sneakers and casual shoes. Exchanges aren’t made for the wallet phone cases.

 

Refunds

We only offer refunds on a case by case basis, but most situations will be resolved with a replacement. If you receive your item and realise that a mistake has been made by the company or if it is damaged then please contact us directly with images as a evidence and we can either exchange or discuss the possibility of a refund. 

That being said, if you as the customer have made a mistake and have ordered the wrong product and have not contacted our email by clicking the green 'Contact us' button at the bottom right hand corner of the page and leaving a message or messaged via facebook with a desire to cancel, then we consider it an input error by the customer and therefore cannot offer a refund.

 

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel or modify orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.

 

Where do the orders ship from?

Predominantly from Eastern Asia but also the United States of America. It varies depending on the product that you purchase.

 

Production/Arrival Time

  • 1-7 business days to manufacture
  • US & CANADA: Estimated 15-25 business days to arrive from the date of purchase (this includes manufacturing time)
  • Internationally: Estimated 20-30 business days to arrive from the date of purchase (this includes manufacturing time)

It is therefore that you as the customer check the delivery times that are located on each product page before purchasing. If you are still uncertain, then please contact us before purchasing to avoid any errors.

We have warehouses in different locations throughout the world. Therefore, if you have purchased a wallet phone case and a pair of sneakers then there is a strong chance that they will arrive on separate dates. Please don't be alarmed if they don't arrive on the same day. Rest assured they will arrive. If you wish to know the tracking number of the item that you haven't received yet then please feel free to contact us via facebook messenger.
